Pulicaro’s Own Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pulicaro is 550 meters above sea level, which is why we grow a variety of olive trees extremely tolerant to low temperatures.
We don’t produce a great quantity of oil, but the quality is excellent, low in acidity, and unique to Pulicaro. Here, you will find several different varieties of olives, including rajo, tondo, olivella and ciliegiolo, from which we produce a healthy, aromatic, and tasty oil that has a distinct personality.
Our olives are cold-pressed within 24 hours of the moment they are harvested from our grove, keeping intact all of the quality, taste and goodness you’d expect of a true, extra virgin olive oil.
