Rental conditions :

The following amenities are included in the price of rental:
• electricity, heating, cooking gas, water
• final cleaning
• linen (sheets, blankets, towels)
• linens changed weekly for stays of two weeks or longer
• breakfast (for those renting rooms)
• a “welcome basket” (for those renting apartments)
• “U-pick” fruit and vegetables, seasonal
• free swimming (in a pool five minutes away)

On request, we provide:
• mid-week linen change € 7,50 / person
• mid-week cleaning € 8,50 / hour
• breakfast (for apartment guests, € 6/person /day)

Check-in: From 5.00 to 7.00 pm
Check-out: Until 10.30 am

For weekend guests, alternative check-in and check-out times may be arranged.

A 30% deposit, payable by postal order or electronic transfer, is required to reserve an apartment. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

In the case of cancellations, the following penalties will apply:
• 10% of the total, if the cancellation is reported three months before arrival dat
• 30% if reported two months before arrival date
• 60% if reported one month before arrival date
• 90% if reported 15 days before arrival date
• 100% if reported within 15 days of arrival date

Dogs and other animals may be welcome, but must be arranged for in advance.
